Lil' Bridgers Kids Club Add on to membership
Lil' Bridgers Kids Club is for children ages 1 (must be walking) to 11 years.
Our Kids' Club is not a licensed daycare facility. It is intended solely as a safe, enclosed play area for your children while you work out. Some supervision is provided, and parents/guardians must remain on-site at all times.

Passive stretching is beneficial for general soreness, pain, sleep, digestion, and overall quality of life. Passive stretching has been known to help with lower back pain, sciatic pain, neck pain, and many more.
